What exactly is ConnectLink?+
ConnectLink lets agencies request access to their clients' marketing and social media accounts with a single secure link. Your client clicks the link, chooses what to share, and you get access — no technical knowledge required.
How does pay-per-link pricing work?+
$3 per link includes one connector bundle (Google ecosystem or Meta ecosystem). Each additional connector beyond the included bundle is +$1 per link. You only pay when you send a link.
Which platforms are supported?+
We support 31+ integrations including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Ads, Pixels, Catalogs), Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Business Profile, Merchant Center, YouTube), Shopify, TikTok, LinkedIn, WordPress, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and many more.
Does my client need an account?+
No. Your client just clicks the link, logs into their platform (e.g., Facebook or Google), and grants the permissions you've requested. They don't need a ConnectLink account.
Is this secure?+
Yes. All links are cryptographically signed and time-limited. We use Meta's and Google's official OAuth systems — we never see your client's password. All tokens are encrypted at rest.
How is this different from Leadsie?+
The biggest difference is pricing: ConnectLink uses pay-per-link pricing ($3/link) vs. Leadsie's monthly subscription ($41-249/mo) with annual caps. If you onboard a variable number of clients, pay-per-link gives you more flexibility.
Can I use this for audit/prospect links too?+
Yes. You can use ConnectLink for both client onboarding and prospect audit links. Same price, same flow.
What happens when the link expires?+
Links have a configurable validity period (1 hour to 30 days). Once used, the access persists regardless of link expiration. Unused links simply become invalid after the set period.
Do I lose access if I stop using ConnectLink?+
No. Access granted through ConnectLink persists on the platform itself (Meta, Google, etc.). ConnectLink just facilitates the initial request — it doesn't control ongoing access.
Can I customize the request per client?+
Yes. For each link you can choose which connectors/platforms to include, which asset types to request, and the access level (Manage vs. View Only).
