Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ConnectLink ("the Service"), operated by xLabs Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

ConnectLink provides a pay-per-link tool that enables agencies to request access to their clients' marketing and social media accounts through platform-native OAuth flows.

3. Account obligations

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

4. Pricing and payment

• Links are charged at $3.00 USD per link, plus any additional connector fees
• Payment is processed at the time of link creation via Stripe
• All prices are in USD with applicable taxes added at checkout
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Misrepresent your identity or authority to request access

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

ConnectLink facilitates access requests through platform-native systems. We are not responsible for the actions taken with the access granted, nor for any platform-side changes that may affect the Service.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Access granted through previously-minted links persists on the underlying platform.
